Bins and Hoppers
Feed bins, surge bins and hoppers are designed to best serve the purpose. Minimum and maximum level controls can be added as require. For metering products, rotary airlock valves and screw feeders are available.
Rotary Airlock Valve Type PZSL
Casted design with easy to pull 8 blade rotor. Round inlet and round outlet allow easy installation under outlets of air classifiers and cyclone seperators.
Rotary Airlock Valve Type DS
Casted design with outboard bearings. Rotor with 9 bevelled blades. Driven by means of a geared motor. For abrasive products Vulkolan blades can be provided in order to avoid premature wear. The design allows the rotary airlock valve to be mounted on either square or conical hoppers or filter outlets.
