Bag Filter Type FJB
Filter bags are mainly used in process filters. Size and distance of the filter bags is designed for maximum efficiency. An almost constant and low differential pressure through the filter bags is ensured by sizing the filter correctly and by means of an automatic cleaning system which cleans only a fraction of the total filter area at the same time.
Pocket Filter Type FJP
Pocket filters are used for cleaning process air before the air is released back into the atmosphere. A high filter surface area installed in a confined area assures minimum space requirement and minimum cost for cleaning a given amount of process air.
Cartridge Filter Type FJC
Cartridge filters have the largest filter surface area in a given space. In order to reduce and control the differential pressure through the filter, a timer controller cycles the work of a solenoid valve, which releases air at high pressure into venturis. This air produces a counter current on the filter medium and thus cleans it. Cartridge filters are a good choice when processing the same product all the time.
